Welcome to Cheryl Findlay Personal Training, based in the heart of Edinburgh.
With over 12 years experience training a wide range of clients I am focused on helping you through your fitness journey. Whatever your goal, through different methods of training, nutrition, dedication and consistency we can get there.
My areas of fitness training include sport specific, pre and post natal, injury rehabilitation and prevention, weight loss and muscle building.
My one to one Personal Training sessions are tailored to your fitness levels and focus on the areas you wish to improve on. I like to incorporate a number of different training methods to get results, these can include weight training, cardio based exercises, TRX and pilates.
Each session last 1 hour, but I can tailor programmes for shorter or longer sessions depending on your availability.
I also offer couples training. Whether it be with your partner or a friend, group training is great fun and can be extremely motivational. I have had fantastic results from couples training together.
From pre wedding preparation, a holiday or general health, training together has many benefits.
Each session last 1 hour with 30% discount per person.
